The applicant also has the option to build in the center of this parcel. The location of the proposed drainfield does not, in any way, interfere with meeting the required setbacks. A 65.93' variance will interfere with the future development of the adjacent eastern property in which the setbacks are meant to protect. The applicant may also seek a boundary adjustment to accommodate the necessary setback requirements.
