Although there is no proof of undue hardship here, since it has not been demonstrated that the neighboring lot would be unbuildable unless this variance were granted, there may be a reasonable basis for granting the variance. It does not appear that decreasing the size of this lot will adversely impact the ability to have adequate on -site septic disposal.
