REASON FOR VARIANCE - This is a corner lot. Because of the shape of the property,
this variance is needed for a storage area for more privacy from the road (Bell
Haven Circle and to protect cars and personal property.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION - A 35' front setback is required along the Bell Haven
Circle right-of-way for this corner lot. The applicant wishes to construct a
22' x 22' garage, 16' from the road right-of-way. Therefore, a 19' variance is
required.
STAFF COMMENT - Prior to construction, a building permit is required.
