The proposed house site is located on.the widest and most level site, the rear of.the site is adjacent to a large and steep drop in slope. To maintain a distance of sixty feet (601) from the right of way would cause: A. The use of a pump for the waste disposal system. B. A retaining wall for the back of the house. C. A very sheer drop from the back of the house. D. A large increase in cost of foundation and excavation. E. The cost to build at the bottom of the slope would include additional costs to construct a driveway of $18,000.00 to $25,.000.00. F.
