This violation probably exists because corner lots have a setback requirement that is different from the other lots. A front setback of 35 feet should have been maintained from the end of house because that is the short side of the corner lot, an ordinance requirement. STAFF COMMENT - On site inspection reveals no perceptible impact on the neighborhood. This violation was found during a title search and might never have otherwise been a problem.
