BACKGROUND INFORMATION - The RP zone requires a front setback of 35' from the
street right-of-way. An addition of a 6' porch would protrude 2.8' into the
setback zone on the southeast corner. All other setbacks would be met if this
project is constructed as planned.
STAFF COMMENT - The proposed porch would have no significant impact on the
neighborhood. Construction as planned would enhance the appearance of this
property. The attached pictures tell the story very well.

and amended in Deed Book 566, at Page 276
and following, and by plat and survey of
Thomas A. Shockey, L.S., dated July 22, 1985
of record in the aforesaid Clerk's Office in
Deed Book 598, at Page 317 to which
reference is here made and incorporated
therein for a further and more particular
description of the property conveyed herein.
This is the same property conveyed to the
Grantors herein from F. Joseph Super and
Deborah H. Super, his wife, by deed dated
September 25, 1987 and recorded in the
aforesaid Clerk's Office in Deed Book 659,
at Page 876. Reference is here made to the
aforesaid plat, deed of dedication, deed,
and the references contained therein for a
