The plans submitted for this structure when the building permit was obtained did not indicate the total height of this building. Violation of the height restriction was observed during an investigation of complaints about the use of the facility. STAFF COMMENT - This building is well screened from the Plainfield Heights residential area by a row of evergreen trees. It would not appear that the structure as it now exists would have any significant aesthetic impact on the neighborhood. The issue of use of the facility should be dealt with by the Zoning Administrator and is not a requirement that must necessarily be considered by the Board of Zoning Appeals. Moreover, use of the facility should not be the determining factor in approval or denial of this request.
