setback to 8' and the rear to 19'.
STAFF COMMENT - Construction of.the. proposed deck would have no aesthetic impact
on the neighborhood. Because of the rear property slope and high bank at the rear
property line, a deck would be an appropriate appurtenance for this residence.
This is considered a reasonable request.
