BACKGROUND INFORMATION - House has been constructed on the required 25' rear setback line and the builder desires to add a deck that will protrude 8' into this area. STAFF COMMENT - The deck will be approximately 5' off the ground on the left rear corner of the house. Looking at the overall area, it would not seem to be out of place to have a deck at this location. House sets on steep grade with a slope from rear to front.
