To conform with the rest of the homes, a deck would enhance the property. BACKGROUND INFORMATION - House has been constructed on the rear 25' setback line. The requested 8' x 10' deck will protrude into this area. STAFF COMMENT - The basement floor of this house is above grade level and the rear deck will be 8 to 10 feet above ground. A door from the basement will exit under the deck. The rear property line abutts a large drainage easement. Looking at the entire area, it would not seem to be unreasonable to allow this deck to be added to this house.
