The house is presently located 12' from the side lot line at the front corner of the house and 10' 6" at the rear corner of the house. The house is 6' from the opposite side yard line. STAFF COMMENT - The proposed carport would require a variance as it would be located within 4" of the side lot line. This application was tabled at last month's meeting to allow for the Board members to visit the property.
