by Deed dated 6 April 1965 in Deed Book 309 Page 321. The said Land
lies at the intersection of Route 674 and Route 654 in Stonewall
District, Frederick County, Virginia:
PARCEL "All - 2,126 ACRES: Beginning at a post corner to the
McCarty Land in the Southeastern Boundary Line of Route 654, running
with the said Southeastern Boundary Line S 350 15. 30" W - 141.35 fto;
thence with the Arc Line of the intersection 84.56 ft. (Chord S 110
220 1511 E - 75.53 ft.); thence with the Northeastern Boundary Line
of Route 674 - S 580 E - 429,75 ft, to an iron pin corner to Parcel B;
