The request on parcel identified by Property Identification Number 64-7-1 for a 38-foot rear variance to a required 100-foot rear yard setback which will result in a 62-foot rear yard setback and a 15-foot variance to a required 50-foot right side yard setback which will result in a 35-foot for a house addition.
