The site plan is approved for ten (10) apartment and multiplex buildings totaling 246 residential units on 26-acres of property zoned R4 (Residential Planning Community) District. This site plan is consistent with the proffer statement approved with rezoning application #02-15 (Heritage Commons) and generally consistent master development plan #02-20 (Heritage Commons). All requirements of the Frederick County Zoning Ordinance have been met in the approved site plan, including review agency comments from all relevant review agencies. I am providing you with three (3) copies of the approved site plan. Please forward these copies to the appropriate representative(s). Furthermore, advise the owner(s) that a copy should be kept for future reference, and an approved copy must be kept on the construction site throughout the development process.
