Parking lot fixtures and light fixtures on buildings shall be full -cutoff fixtures. Building -mounted or wall -pack lighting fixtures shalt not be mounted more than 12 feet above the finished grade of the building. These fixtures shall be shielded (full -cutoff) so that the light source is not visible from adjacent properties or road rights -of -way.
