At this time, administrative approval cannot be granted. This site plan will not be approved until the issues in this letter, as well as all issues of the other review aytencies, have been adequately addressed. Please review Staff s comments listed below and then prepare a revised site plan which adequately addresses each concern. Review Comments: 1) Site Plan Reference Number. Acid the Site Plan (SP) #17-17, to the cover sheet. 2) Signed Seal. A signed seal of the certified Virginia land surveyor, architect, or engineer who prepared the site plan is required on final copies for signature by the Zoning Administrator. 3) Previous Approvals. hi addition to those previously approved site plans listed under "Project Notes," also include the following sites plans associated with PIN #90-A-58A: SP#'s 13-77, 02-82, 01-87, 08-29, 15-92, 28-01, & 08-13. 4) Minimum Landscaped Area. The minor site plan is approved for a storage tank/containment addition at the Thermo Fisher — Scientific facility in the M1 (Light Industrial) Zoning District in the Back Creek Magisterial District. All requirements of the Frederick County Zoning Ordinance have been met in the approved minor site plan, including review agency comments from all relevant review agencies.
