The site plan is approved for an approximately 198 square foot (SF) ice vending machine in the Winchester Gateway Shopping Center in the B2 (General Business) District in the Stonewall Magisterial District. All requirements of the Frederick County Zoning Ordinance have been met in the approved site plan, including review agency comments from all relevant review agencies. Attached are three (3) copies of the signed site plan from the Zoning Administrator. Please forward these copies to the appropriate representative(s). Furthennore, advise the owner(s) that a copy should be kept for future reference, and an approved copy must be kept on the construction site throughout the development process. A signed seal of the certified Virginia land surveyor, architect, or engineer who prepared the site plan is required on final copies for signature by the Zoning Administrator. • Site Lighting. Plan View M-101 shows an "outside light." Please add the required site lighting notes specifying all lighting will be downcast, shielded, full cutoff, and in conformance with Frederick County Zoning Ordinance §165-201.07. Remove reference "No site lighting proposed of modified with this plan under'Project Notes."' • Agency Approvals. At this time, administrative approval cannot be granted. This minor site plan will not be approved until the issues in this letter, as well as all issues of the other review agencies, have been adequately addressed. Please review Staff s comments listed below and then prepare a revised minor site plan which adequately addresses each concern. Review Comments: 1) Site Plan Reference Number. Add the Site Plan #10-18, to the cover sheet. 2) Signed Seal.
