The site plan is approved for the construction of a new rail line within the existing Carmeuse Winchester Quarry. This site is located off of Quarry Lane in the Stonewall Magisterial District. All requirements of the Frederick County Zoning Ordinance have been met in the approved site plan, including review agency comments from all relevant review agencies. I am providing you with three (3) copies of the approved site plan. Please forward these copies to the appropriate representative(s). Furthermore, advise the owner(s) that a copy should be kept for future reference, and an approved copy must be kept on the construction site throughout the development process. Site plans which are incomplete or missing information will be returned to the applicant (s) for revision.
