At this time, administrative approval cannot be granted. This site plan is denied until the issues in this letter, as well as all issues of the other review agencies, have been adequately addressed. Please review Staffs comments listed below and then prepare a revised site plan which adequately addresses each concern. Review Comments: 1) Subdivision. The PIN provided on the site plan does not exist; this parcel will need to be created before this plan can be approved. The Dawson Drive access also needs to be recorded (BLA). Also, ensure one sheet in the site plan shows the property in its entirety. 2) Overall Proiect.
