The site plan is approved for the addition of a bank ATM on Lot 1 of the Kernstown Commons Development (131 Kernstown Commons Boulevard). This ATM replaces the carwash that was approved on the site with SP #19-09 (for a convenience store and carwash). This site is located at 131 Kernstown Commons Boulevard in the Shawnee Magisterial District. All requirements of the Frederick County Zoning Ordinance have been met in the approved site plan, including review agency comments from all relevant review agencies. I am providing you with three (3) copies of the approved site plan. Please forward these copies to the appropriate representative(s). Furthermore, advise the owner(s) that a copy should be kept for future reference, and an approved copy must be kept on the construction site throughout the development process.
