All construction documents submitted for building permits shall be sealed by a Virginia Registered Design Professional (A/E seal) including documents submitted for electrical, mechanical and plumbing permit applications. Installation of modular classrooms shall comply with the Virginia Industrialized Building Code. Modular classrooms require a building permit and please submit foundation information and anchorage at the time of permit application. All requirements of the Frederick County Zoning Ordinance have been met in the approved site plan, including review agency comments from all relevant review agencies.
