Accessible and Usable Buildings and Facilities and Virginia Energy Code Demolition permits and asbestos inspection/abatement is required for removal of existing buildings on site. Proposed unlimited area facilities (330050 sq ft and 400400 sq ft) shall meet Section 507, Unlimited Area Buildings and maintain an open perimeter of 60'. Buildings have sprinkler systems identified. All required exits shall meet ANSI Al 17.1-09 for accessibility and slopes. Question on location of exterior exits along new addition perimeter walls. Kent St., Suite 202 Winchester, VA 22601 RE: 1-81 Industrial Park @ Stonewall Minor Site Plan Revision (#04-16) Summary of Site Plan Revisions Dear Ms. Perkins: Please find attached a minor site plan revision for the previously approved 1-81 Industrial Park @ Stonewall project. The tenant of the Phase I building, located at 40 Tyson Drive (TM 63-A- 63G) has requested a small guard shack to be included with the site development. The guard shack will be approximately 8' x 16' with a height of 10' (+/-), and located near the entrance to the truck court at the northeast corner of the 330,050 sq. ft. building. There will be no water/sewer connections made to the guard shack, and power will be provided via new conduits connecting to the existing 330,050 sq. ft. building. The revisions associated with the new guard shack are clouded on the provided site plan sheets for clarity. Please note that there are no other changes being proposed to either the Phase I or Phase II buildings per this plan. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me.
