The site plan is approved for the enclosure of the existing foyer (1,750 square feet) into additional sanctuary space and three (3) new parking spaces in the RA (Rural Areas) Zoning District in the Gainesboro Magisterial District. All requirements of the Frederick County Zoning Ordinance have been met in the approved site plan, including review agency comments from all relevant review agencies. I am providing you with signed copies of the approved site plan. Please forward these copies to the appropriate representative(s). At this time, administrative approval cannot be granted. This site plan cannot be approved until the issues in this letter, as well as all issues of the other review agencies, have been adequately addressed. Please review Staff s comments listed below and then prepare a revised site plan which adequately addresses each concern. Review Comments: 1) Site Plan Reference. Add the site plan number, SP #20-19, to all sheets in the plan set. 2) Previous Plan Approvals. Update reference to also include site plans #14-19, and #07-09. 3) Signage. Add a note that not new signage is proposed, and/or no signage is modified as part of this plan, as applicable. 4) Parking. Update note 7, last sentence, replacing "includtin" to "including." 5) Landscaping. Update note 9 to include the calculations showing the required number of shade/deciduous trees and the number of trees currently planted onsite. 6) Curb & Gutter. Update the note and cross section on Sheets 2 and 3 respectively to show CG-6 (6" curb) as required by the Zoning Ordinance for parking areas.
