The enclosed submittal package has been revised in accordance with the review comments dated May 13, 2019. The following is a comment response letter and a discussion of any changes required. 1. Site Plan Reference Number. Add the Site Plan #18-19, to the plan set. Site Plan #18-19 has been added to the plan set titleblock. 2. Previous Approvals. Add a note specifying "Previously Approved Plans" specifically Site Plan (SP) #22-91. General Note #16 regarding previously approved plans has been added to the drawings. 3. General Notes. Revise the note 12 regarding disturbance to existing landscaping as one Ti) tree is proposed to be removed as part of the demolition plans. On Sheet 2 further specify in a note that the tree will need to be relocated elsewhere on site. The Applicant may further demonstrate that the required landscaping for the site is exceeded by current plantings on -site and that the removal of one (1) tree does not impact the required landscaping. General Note #12 has been revised and the tree has been specified to be relocated. 4. Buildina Addition. Add a note specifying the total square footage (SF) of the building addition.
