Also, the drive aisle has been realigned on the east side of Building #3 to provide a drop off area (kiss & ride) for employees. There has been no change to SWM computations with this proposed revision due to no change in impervious area. The sidewalk was shown on the first (original) submission to the county and removed with revision #4 and now being put back. The drive aisle change is under the building overhang. Please let us know if you have any questions or comments. Here is a summary page by page of the changes for your record: Sheet C2.01— E&S Phase I & H Plan: • We added additional inlets to storm sewer run #49446 and adjusted drainage areas to inlets. The total drainage area did not change just subdivided with new inlets. Also added inlet protection for new inlets. Sheet C4.01— Geometry Plan: • Revised curb and gutter alignment for the drive aisle on east side of the building that goes under the building overhang. A pull -off area (kiss & ride) has been added. The sidewalks, handicap ramps and crosswalks were adjusted in this area. • The area between Building #3 and retaining wall "E" also referenced light well area has been modified to bring back the sidewalk that was previously removed. The sidewalk is now a paver walkway that is curvilinear instead of straight. The light well area will be landscaped per architectural plan with different types of landscape rocks and plantings. • Added additional storm inlets in the lightwell area.
