This site plan is approved for construction of a 14,870 square foot building addition and the construction of a 330 square foot pump house (relocated) at the existing Kingspan Insulation Facility located at 172 Pactiv Way in the Stonewall Magisterial District. All requirements of the Frederick County Zoning Ordinance have been met in the approved site plan, including review agency comments from all relevant review agencies. On sheet 2 1 need the provided setbacks, building height and FAR, the plan references CS.1 which isn't included with this site plan. Response: The provided building setbacks, building height and FAR have been listed on sheet C-2. 3. On sheet 2, the parking calculations need to be broken down as office (1/250sf of area) and then warehouse employees — they can't be totaled together The pump house and addition have been labeled and square footage information added within under the warehouse calculation. Response: The parking calculations have been broken down separating the office space (1/250 sf), warehouse employees (1.5 / employee on fullest shift), and company vehicle/ equipment stored outdoors (1 space). See the detailed breakdown on sheet C-2. 4. On sheet C-7 show the square footage of the pump house and the addition. Also, the addition is not shown under the site and utility key notes.
