Dear Mr. Kotarski:
The above -referenced site plan was approved on March 16, 2016. This site plan is approved for minor
revisions to the previously approved BoJangles site plan (#26-15); revisions include the relocation of the
dumpster site to the rear of the property to accommodate an interparcel connection with the adjoining
property. This site is located at 191 Gateway Drive in the Winchester Gateway Shopping Center in the
Stonewall Magisterial District.
All requirements of the Frederick County Zoning Ordinance have been met in the approved site plan,
including review agency comments from all relevant review agencies. I am providing you with three (3)
copies of the approved site plan. Please forward these copies to the appropriate representative(s).
Furthermore, advise the owner(s) that a copy should be kept for future reference, and an approved copy
must be kept on the construction site throughout the development process. Once site development is
complete, the owner(s) should contact this office to schedule an on -site inspection. Do not hesitate to
contact me if you have any questions or concerns.

RE: Bojangles' — Gateway Drive
Minor Site Plan - Summary Of Plan Revisions:
The developer of this project has decided to relocate the dumpster pad from the Northwest
corner of the site to the Southeast corner. This decision was arrived at due to the desire to leave
the MedExpress interconnectivity intact. There was concern as to how MedExpress would react
to us closing the entrance. Relocating the dumpster enclosure allows us to maintain this entrance.
The following revisions have been made to the approved site plan, SP# 26-15, as a result of the
dumpster enclosure relocation.
I . The storm sewer on the West side of the site has been redesigned to a more efficient
layout now that there is no dumpster enclosure to contend with. The storm sewer on the
East side of the site has been revised slightly to accommodate the relocated enclosure.
Revised profiles and calculations are included in the revised site plan.
2. The 3/4" private waterline has been relocated to access the wet hydrant at the relocated
enclosure location. A revised profile of this line has been provided.
3. In order to avoid increasing the area of impervious cover, the parking at the Southwest
corner has been eliminated. The proposed impervious area remains unchanged with this
plan revision.
The sanitary sewer service, building water service, and gas service location remain unchanged. The
building pad and site grading also remain unchanged, as well as the overall stormwater drainage
patterns.
