As we move towards wrapping up the calendar year, can you provide updates on Site Plan #'s 19-16 (Legacy Christian Academy — Soccer/Baseball Field) and #22-17 (Blue Ridge Youth Soccer Association — Soccer Complex)? Our last correspondence was December 2017. The 2016 Legacy Christian Academy site plan has more than 2-years of inactivity and may be closed -out by staff at the end of the year if no resubmission addressing staffs comments is received. Blue Ridge Youth Soccer is at almost 18-months of inactivity; and may be closed -out by staff in the June 2019 if no resubmission is received. Staff notes that correspondence in.the project file indicates the plan set dated June 2017 was in an approvable form, pending receipt of all review agency comments. Staff advises resubmitting the plan and review comment for signature/approvable by the Zoning Administrator. Please provide an update and/or contact me directly if you have any questions. Thank you. At this time, administrative approval cannot be granted. This site plan is denied until the issues in this letter, as well as all issues of the other review agencies, have been adequately addressed. Please review Staff's comments listed below and then prepare a revised site plan which adequately addresses each concern. Review Comments: 1) Proposed Use. The Legacy Christian Academy parcels (85-A-62, 85-A-66, and 85-A- 67) should be consolidated into one as the proposed use with SP#19-16, the Soccer/Baseball Field, is accessory to the principle use, a private school but is located on a separate parcel. If the Applicant choses to move forward without consolidating the parcels, a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) would be required for the proposed outdoor recreation use on the parcel. 2) General Notes. Please make the following revisions: • Provide a calculation showing the total area disturbed for the proposed use. • If the use is "accessory," please update the setback requirements. • Under parking requirements, revise to also include one (1) parking space for each four (4) seats for stadiums. Depict additional parking spaces on the site plan Sheet one (1) of five (5). • Add a reference to all previously approved site plans. See SP#27-14, Legacy Christian Academy. 3) Setbacks. Please depict all setback lines on all sheets. 4) Photometric Plan. Please provide a Photometric Plan. Indicate the location and type of lighting present on the site (wall pack/building or pole mounted).
