The comments have been addressed as follows: Department of Planning and Development: 1. SP No. 14-16 has been added to the cover sheet, as requested. 2. The General Notes has been adjusted, as requested. 3. The Signature Block has been revised, as requested. 4. The zoning information & setback lines have been adjusted. 5. The PIN numbers and zoning classifications has been added to the plans. 6. There are no easements for access because the City of Winchester owns the adjoining properties that front onto Woodstock Lane. A note has been added to the plans. 7. Headlight Screen. This facility is not typically used at night. Annual usage, at night, would be a maximum of once per month so the headlight screen is not critical. However, to satisfy the screening requirement, a differential in elevation and the existing solid 6' wood fencing will be used. Page 1 Ms. Candice E.
