The site plan is approved for construction of sidewalks, a trail, and crosswalks around Building # 1 and Security Drive on the Navy Federal Credit Union campus in the M1 (Light Industrial) Zoning District in the Shawnee Magisterial District. No modifications to signage, lighting, or site landscaping is proposed with Phase I. All requirements of the Frederick County Zoning Ordinance have been met in the approved site plan, including review agency comments from all relevant review agencies. I am providing you with three (3) copies of the approved site plan. Please forward these copies to the appropriate representative(s). Furthermore, advise the owner(s) that a copy should be kept for future reference, and an approved copy must be kept on the construction site throughout the development process. At this time, administrative approval cannot be granted. This site plan will not be approved until the issues in this letter, as well as all issues of the other review agencies, have been adequately addressed. Please review Staff s comments listed below and then prepare a revised site plan which adequately addresses each concern. Review Comments: 1) Site Plan Reference Number. Add the Site Plan (SP) #33-18, to the cover sheet. 2) Signed Seal. A signed seal of the certified Virginia land surveyor, architect, or engineer who prepared the site plan is required on the final copies for signature by the Zoning Administrator. 3) Pedestrian Connectivity. Label the proposed width of the trail/sidewalk on Sheet 8. Provide details for the proposed Type A Class ffhite Pavement Marking (i.e. crosswalk striping). 4) Agency Approvals. Comment sheets (approvals) are required from the following agencies: Frederick County Inspections, the County Engineer (Public Works), Frederick Water, and the Frederick County Fire Marshal.
