On March 6, 2000, Samuel & JoAnn Whitacre submitted an application for a master development plan for a project entitled, "Rt. 37 Mini -Warehouse" and pai&-the required fee of $2,083.20 with Check #1454 (Receipt #001738 is attached). After staff review, it was determined that the request was a minor subdivision (consisting of only three lots) and a master development plan was not required. The fee for this minor subdivision is $250.00 plus $35.00 per lot, which would total $355.00. We will need to refund the over- payment, in the amount of $1,728.20. The originatpayment was deposited on March 6, 2000 under Finance Code GF1301-07 and Treasurer's Code ZASP. Copies of the receipt and deposit report are attached.
