SUBJECT: Refund of MDP Fee - Samuel &JoAnn Whitacre
DATE: June 7, 2000
Please issue a refund in the amount of $1,728.20 made. payable to Samuel and JoAnn
Whitacre. On March 6, 2000, Samuel & JoAnn Whitacre submitted an application for a
master development plan for a project entitled, "Rt. 37 Mini -Warehouse" and pai&-the
required fee of $2,083.20 with Check #1454 (Receipt #001738 is attached). After staff
review, it was determined that the request was a minor subdivision (consisting of only three
lots) and a master development plan was not required. The fee for this minor subdivision is
$250.00 plus $35.00 per lot, which would total $355.00. We will need to refund the over-
payment, in the amount of $1,728.20.
The originatpayment was deposited on March 6, 2000 under Finance Code GF1301-07 and
Treasurer's Code ZASP. Copies of the receipt and deposit report are attached.
The check should be mailed to: Samuel & JoAnn Whitacre, 683 Payne Road, Clearbrook,
Virginia, 22624.

MASTER DEVELOPMENT PLAN
Owners of property adjoining the land will be notified of the Planning Commission and
the Board of Supervisors meetings. For the purpose of this application, adjoining
property is any property abutting the requested property on the side or rear or any
property directly across a public right-of-way, a private right-of-way, or a
watercourse from the requested property. The applicant is required to obtain the
following information on each adjoining property including the parcel identification
number which may be obtained from the office of the Commissioner of Revenue. The
Commissioner of the Revenue is located on the 2nd floor of the Frederick County
Administration Building, 107 North Kent Street.
