Approval of Conditional Use Permit #010-87 of C. Joe Lizer for an off -premise sign for the Virginia Farm Market with the following conditions: .1. This is a one-year permit to be reviewed and renewed annually by the staff, Planning Commission, and the Board of Supervisors. 2. If the use, occupancy, or ownership of the property changes, this conditional use permit shall expire and a new conditional use permit will be required. 3.- The sign shall be maintained in good repair. 4. All VDH&T sight distance requirements should be maintained. This three-dimensional sign (16' x 16' x 4' deep) will•be located at the intersection of Route 522 and Route 789 in the Gainesboro District.
