Approval of Conditional Use Permit #009-87 of Lloyd R. Renner for an off -premise sign for The Factory Outlet and Surplus Sales with the following conditions: 1. This is a one-year permit to be reviewed and renewed annually by the staff, Planning Commission, and the Board of Supervisors. 2. If the use, occupancy, or ownership of the property changes, this conditional use permit shall expire and a new conditional use permit will be required. 3. ,The sign shall be maintained in good repair. This sign will be placed on property located along Route 522 at Albin in the Gainesboro District.
