This conditional use permit was approved with the following conditions: 1. This is a one-year permit to be reviewed and renewed annually by the staff, Planning Commission, and the Board of Supervisors. 2. If the use, occupancy, or ownership of the property changes, this conditional use permit will expire and a new conditional use permit will be required. 3. Off-street parking will be provided. 4. A six-foot wooden stockade fence or other solid fence providing a solid screen must be provided around the kennel and run area as indicated on the attached site plan. 5. Should noise become a problem, this conditional use permit shall be reviewed by the staff and conditions recommended to the Planning Commission and Board of Supervisors for noise abatement.
