This will be a one-year permit to be reviewed and renewed annually by the staff, Planning Commission, and the Board of Supervisors. 2. Health Department - Restroom facilities available at adjacent house. Health Department has no objections as long as Mr. and Mrs. Spaid are the only employees of the shop. The current drainfield was installed in 1963 and appears to be operating satisfactorily. Round Hill Fire Company - No comment. Inspections Department - Proposed building to be designed and built in accordance with the Virginia Uniform Statewide Building Code, ANSI Standard for Handicap Accessibility, B.O.C.A. Basic Building and Plumbing Codes, National Electric Code and other applicable referenced standards. Engineered metal buildings require footings designed by a Virginia architect or engineer. Planning and Zoning - Satisfactory, off-street parking needs to be addressed. STAFF RECOMMENDATIONS: Approval, with the following conditions: 1.
