Dear Mr. Cowley:
This letter is to confirm the Frederick County Board of Supervisors' action at
their meeting of July 9, 1986:
Approval of Conditional Use Permit #006-86 of Rodney Cowley for a Grocery Store/
Wayside Stand/Service Station on Route 522 North in the Gainesboro Magisterial
District with the following conditions:
1. This will be a one-year permit to be reviewed and renewed annually by the
staff, Planning Commission, and the Board of Supervisors.
2. If the use, occupancy, or ownership of the property changes, this conditional
use permit will expire and a new conditional use permit will be required.
3. A site plan drawn in accord with the Zoning Ordinance Site Plan Regulations be
submitted and approved prior to site development/construction.
4. Any changes or additions to the site need to be submitted or approval on the
site plan.
