This will be a one-year permit to be reviewed and renewed annually by the staff, Planning Commission, and the Board of Supervisors. 2. If the use, occupancy, or ownership of the property changes, this conditional use permit will expire and a new conditional use permit will be required. 3. A site plan drawn in accord with the Zoning Ordinance Site Plan Regulations be submitted and approved prior to site development/construction. 4. Any changes or additions to the site need to be submitted or approval on the site plan. If you have any questions regarding your conditional use permit, please do not hesitate to call this office.
