REVIEW EVALUATIONS: VA Dept. of Highways & Transportation - No objection to Conditional Use Permit, as this location is not on a State -maintained road. Health Department - Because this system is already existing and there are, at this time, no obvious signs of past malfunction, this department has no objections provided that the mobile home be removed and the system abandoned at the first sign of malfunction. There is no room to repair this system . Inspections Department - Permit must be obtained for mobile home and home must be set and anchored in accordance with the Virginia Uniform Statewide Building Code and Industrialized Building Code. Planning and Zoning - No objections. A nonconforming use may be re-established with an approved conditional use permit. STAFF RECOMMENDATIONS: Approval, with the following conditions: 1.
