action at their meeting of June 10,1986.
Approval of Conditional Use Permit #004-86 of R.W. Mowbray to
re-establish a nonconforming mobile home use on Route 642 in the
Shawnee Magisterial District,':`aith the following conditions:
1. This will be a one-year permit to be reviewed and renewed annually.
by the staff, Planning Commission,. and the Board of Supervisors.
2. If the septic system malfunctions, the mobile home will be re-
moved from the property.

LOCATION: Route 522 South to Route 642, left, continue 1/10 of a mile and turn
left on first gravel driveway.
MAGISTERIAL DISTRICT: Shawnee
ADJACENT LAND USE AND ZONING: Agricultural, vacant, and residential land use and
A-2 (Agricultural General) Zoning.
PROPOSED USE AND IMPROVEMENTS: Re-establish a mobile home.
REVIEW EVALUATIONS:
VA Dept. of Highways & Transportation - No objection to Conditional Use
Permit, as this location is not on a State -maintained road.
Health Department - Because this system is already existing and there are, at
this time, no obvious signs of past malfunction, this department has no
objections provided that the mobile home be removed and the system abandoned
at the first sign of malfunction. There is no room to repair this system .
Inspections Department - Permit must be obtained for mobile home and home
must be set and anchored in accordance with the Virginia Uniform Statewide
Building Code and Industrialized Building Code.
Planning and Zoning - No objections. A nonconforming use may be
re-established with an approved conditional use permit.
STAFF RECOMMENDATIONS: Approval, with the following conditions:
1. This will be a one-year permit to be reviewed and renewed annually by the
staff, Planning Commission, and the Board of Supervisors.

As requested, I am sending this letter as proof that there
was a Mobil Home parked on a privately owned lot at
Rt 1 Box 307 prior to 1974.
The present owner Maynard MowBray is letting myself
Ronald W. MowBray use a portion of the lot to set up
a Mobil Home.
