This letter is to confirm the Frederick County Board of Supervisors' action at
their meeting of April 9, 1986:
Approval of Conditional Use Permit #002-86 of Kenneth Reid, Jr. for.a Cottage
Occupation/Sign for a Contracting Business located at 1005 Fox Drive in the
Gainesboro Magisterial District, with the following conditions:
1. This will be a one year permit to be reviewed and renewed annually by the
staff, Planning Commission, and Board of Supervisors.
2. If the use, occupancy, or ownership of the property changes, this conditional
use permit shall expire and a new conditional use permit will be required.
3. The sign should be maintained in good repair.
4. The sign should be placed in an area on this lot that would not impair
vehicular sight distances.

REVIEW EVALUATIONS:
Planning and Zoning - No objection. Sign must be four square feet or less.
The sign should be maintained in good repair and should be placed in an area
that would not impair site distances.
