Health Department - No objections; we have had no complaints regarding sewage facilities in the past when this building was operated as a County school. This building shall be brought into compliance with the Virginia Uniform Statewide Building Code and other applicable standards for the proposed use. Stephens City Fire Company - No comment. Planning and Zoning - Satisfactory; site plan should be submitted for Commission approval. STAFF RECOMMENDATIONS: Approval, with the following conditions: 1.
