It appears the developer is using the existing entrance which 40 feet in width. We assume this will be satisfactory for the probable increase in traffic. So far as the drainage, it appears this wi_11 be directed in sheet flea to the ditch line along Rte. 11. Some maintenance of the ditch toward the creek may be necessary.
