Applicant states that this will be a part-time business, and that it will be "drop off' and "pick up" with no waiting. The garage where the work will take place is far enough from the public road and screened so that it would be barely visible. Also, it is not visible from any adjoining residence. The arrangement of the property in relation to a wooded area and available parking is such that if more than five vehicles were parked there, they would be visible from the public road. It does not appear that allowing this use would have any negative impact on the neighborhood. STAFF RECOMMENDATIONFOR 8/21/96 MEETING: All things considered, it appears that this request can meet the ordinance requirements and could reasonably be allowed.
