The owners of the property obtained the property through a will, and are planning to sell the properties. Therefore, they do not want to apply under Section 4-4-2.2, which allows family divisions less than 5 acres, but greater than one acre. By creating these separate lots for the existing houses, and creating Lot 4, the property would be in compliance with the County desires to reduce multiple houses on individual lots. On Lot 1, the waiver of the 150' front width is also based on ex- isting conditions, as shown on the attached plan. As noted above, these lots do comply with 1 acre minimum require- ments, side and rear yard requirements, and depth to width ratio requirements.
