at their meeting of September 15, 1992.

condition that the natural existing screen of trees be maintained or an adequate screen

STAFF COMMENTS: This being a tapered lot off a cul-de-sac does

which in turn restricts availability of rear space. There is a
natural screen of trees behind this house which should be
maintained to screen this house from the school property. No other
possible negative impacts were observed.
STAFF RECOMMENDATIONS: Approval with the condition that the
natural existing screen of trees be maintained or an adequate
screen be installed.

School. The proposed deck will not affect the value, use,.or view of the
Senseny Road Elementary School property. Also, it is obvious because of the
school, that any type of residential structure will not be built there in the
future.

application and petition the Frederick County Board of,zoning
Appeals (BZA) to grant a variance to the terms. of the Frederick
County Zoning Ordinance as described herein. I agree to comply
with any conditions for the variance required by the BZA.
I authorize the members of the BZA and Frederick Co. officials
to go upon the property for site inspection purposes.
I understand that the sign issued to me when this application
is submitted must be placed at the front property line at least
seven (7) days prior to the BZA public hearing and maintained so
as to be visible from the road or right -of -way -until the hearing.
