STAFF COMMENTS: The proposed garage is in .the final stages of construction and was built without obtaining a building permit. Compliance with the requirement of obtaining a permit for construction would have prevented the setback violation. Entrance into and exit from this garage is directly into the private drive right of way to the property behind the applicants. This has the potential of interference with right of way traffic. One adjoining resident who uses this driveway said he had no objection to the building as long as he had clear access to his property.
