STAFF COMMENTS: The proposed addition, if allowed, will be well
screened from the adjoining properties by an opaque fence and a row
of evergreen trees. On site inspection revealed that the proposed
addition was staked out and it was easy to see that it would
probably have no significant impact on the surrounding properties.

AGREEMENT
I (we), the undersigned, do hereby respectfully make
application and petition the Frederick County Board of Zoning
Appeals (BZA) to grant a variance to the terms of the Frederick
County Zoning Ordinance as described herein. I agree to comply
with any conditions for the variance required by the BZA.
I authorize the members of the BZA and Frederick Co. officials
to go upon the property for site inspection purposes.
I understand that the sign issued to me when this application
is submitted must be placed at the front property line at least
seven (7) days prior to the BZA public hearing and maintained so
as to be visible from the road or right -of -way -until the hearing.

WITNESSETH: That in consideration of the sum of
Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable considerations paid
the Grantors by the Grantees on or before the delivery of
this deed, the receipt of all of which is hereby acknowledged,
the Grantors hereby grant and convey with General Warranty
and with English Covenants of Title unto the Grantees, as

Phis is the same realty which was conveyed
to the Grantors herein by Thomas L. Conrad, et
ux, by deed dated June 1, 1.976, and recorded

This conveyance is made subject to such recorded
easements and restrictions applicable to the said land to
the extent that they may now lawfully apply thereto.
The property herein conveyed is subject to a deed
of trust dated Tune 1, 1976, and executed by the rr_antors to
Knox Beatty, Jr. and Robert A. Fleming, Jr., Trustees,
recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of
Frederick County, Virginia, in Deed Book 459, at Page 153,
which deed of trust secures the payment of a certain obligation
in the principal amount of Forty -Seven Thousand Nine Hundred
Dollars ($47,900.00), bearing even date therewith, payable
to N.BD Mortgage Company of Virginia, at the rate of Three Hundred I
Sixty -Fight and 83/1.00 Dollars ($368.83), payable in monthly

period of thirty (30) years. The Grantees herein, as evidenced

trust, and to save the Grantors harmless by reason of the
