Applicant has not proven that the enforcement of the ordinance will result in an undue hardship or prevent utilization of the property. Applicant has not proven that the topography of the land restricts his placement of the structure. A house with a smaller footprint could easily be placed on this large lot. STAFF RECOMMENDATIONS: Denial. Hardship has not been proven and permitting this would have a definite impact on the adjoining lots.
