STAFF COMMENTS: Applicant advised that the reason this lot is desired is that they have a buyer for the property if it can be divided as requested. on it may impact the possible sale of the property, approving this request would allow the creation of a very odd shaped piece of property and go directly against the grain of the reason for the ordinance restriction. Hardship is not proven or indicated since this tract of land contains enough acreage to be divided in a more reasonable manner and in compliance with the ordinance.
