STAFF COMMENTS: The house was required to have a 60' right side yard setback since this is a corner lot and the right side borders on a street or right of way. The approved building permit for this house listed the correct right side yard setback, but the builder measured from the center of Panarama Drive, which is a 50' right of way, rather than measuring from the edge of the right of way which is what is required.
