Stefen, Zoning Administrator SUBJECT: Code Rationale and Staff Recommendation for Case No. 014-78. Case No. 014-78 Mr. Loring J. Wright wishes to remove a shed and place a truck loading facility on his company's property which is located in an M-2 (Industrial -General) District. In the M-2 section of the Zoning Ordinance the setback line is one hundred feet from the center line of the street. Since the applicant wishes to erect a facility that would be within sixty-five (65) feet of the center line of the street, it would be necessary for a front setback variance of thirty-five (35) feet to be obtained before a permit could be issued. Staff Recommendation: Since the applicant would be removing a decrepit building which is even closer to.the road than the proposed facility, the staff recommends approval. DLS:btr CC: J. 0.
