Case No. 020-77 The Church the applicant wishes to enlarge is in an A-2 Agricultural, General District. In A-2 Districts when a property fronts any highway which -is fifty (50) feet or greater in width, the setback line is sixty (60).feet from the highway right-of-way. Since the applicant wishes to expand the Church to thirty (30) feet from the highway right-of-way instead of sixty (60) feet it would be necessary for him to obtain a variance before such expansion could occur.
